ONLYDREAMERSALLOWED.COM does not have offices in the U.S.A. and can neither collect or pay Use Tax or Sales Tax on the Client’s behalf. U.S.A. State Authorities may require American citizens to pay these taxes for online purchases at the end of the fiscal year.

All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, as required by Customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise.
ONLYDREAMERSALLOWED.COM. does not have a branch in the U.S.A. to import orders, therefore the Client is considered the final importer. Private U.S. citizens and non-U.S. citizens residing in the U.S.A., who import Internet goods from abroad, are required to have a Social Security Number or a Tax ID Number and must release this number willingly to the express courier or broker.
Non-U.S. citizens/residents who DO NOT have a Social Security Number can provide an assigned Importer Number from the CBP (U.S. Customs and Border Protection). The process to obtain a CBP assigned Import Number

If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the Client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the ONLYDREAMERSALLOWED.COM commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
Unfortunately we do not offer pre-paid returns labels, so please send your unwanted items back to our warehouse. Before sending them, please register the return. CLICK HERE
We strongly recommend you send returns with tracked delivery, as we can only credit items that arrive at our warehouse. If your delivery gets lost on the way, you will need to submit a claim to your chosen carrier to receive compensation for the lost goods.
- Items must be returned of the order’s delivery date.. Please DO NOT return any items after 30 days, unless advised to do so by one of our customer services agents. If we do receive a return more than 30 days old then we will hold the item(s) for up to 7 days to give you the opportunity to arrange a courier to collect it/them, after which point the item(s) will either be returned to stock or destroyed. We will not be responsible for financing the cost of returning these items back to you. Please ensure you email firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of any collections. Failure to do so may result in the collection being refused.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed, with their tags still attached. Any items returned washed/damaged/clearly used/with tags removed will NOT be accepted, and your refund/exchange/voucher code will be refused. Any such items we receive will be held at our our warehouse for 7 days to give you the opportunity to arrange a courier to collect them, after which point the items will be destroyed.
